Delivery Modalities and Delivery Times
At PROMOSHARK, we strive to offer an efficient and quality service. Below, we detail our shipping methods and the estimated delivery times for the products purchased:

Orders without stamping or manufacturing: Products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of the order and confirmation of payment stipulated in the quotation or invoice.

Orders with printing: Customised products with stamping will be delivered within 15 to 25 working days, counting from receipt of payment.

Orders with manufacturing: For products that require manufacturing, the delivery time will be 30 to 45 working days after confirmation of payment.
It is important to note that the delivery times indicated are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is not available, the customer will be informed of the estimated restocking and delivery date.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders exceeding 100 euros (before taxes) on products without printing within mainland Spain. For orders within the European Union, free shipping is available for purchases over 500 euros (before taxes).
For shipments outside mainland Spain or the European Union, we recommend contacting our sales team to receive a detailed shipping cost estimate based on the requested budget and destination.
Returns
In order to manage any return, it is necessary to contact our Sales Department beforehand. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be incomplete or present defects that do not conform to the order placed on the web platform.
- Returns will not be accepted for products customised according to the customer's instructions, such as graphic prints, unless there is a defect in the product that does not match what was ordered.
- Returns will not be accepted due to the quality of the graphic print provided by the user, so we recommend requesting physical samples to assess the quality before making the final production.
Responsibility
PROMOSHARK assumes no responsibility for delays, losses or damages that may occur during the transport of the products, as these incidents depend on the transport agency in charge of the shipment.
Likewise, PROMOSHARK will not be responsible for the final results of the graphic prints ordered by the customer. In order to avoid inconveniences, we recommend requesting samples in case you have doubts about the quality of the graphic reproduction.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Acceptance of an order, either by e-mail or by signature, implies acceptance of our terms of sale and the customer's commitment to the agreed payment methods.
Once an order has been confirmed, we do not guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, the costs incurred up to that point will be passed on to the customer. These may include costs related to the preparation of the order, the ordered material, digital design and restocking fees, among others. If the cancellation does not incur any costs, no additional charges will be applied to the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
(a) Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
b) Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
c) Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
(d) Sealed audio or video recordings, as well as sealed software that has been unsealed by the customer after delivery.
Important: Products that include personalisation (e.g. graphic printing) cannot be returned, unless they are defective. Since it is not possible to return marked products to the factory, we recommend requesting a physical sample before proceeding with the personalisation to verify the size, quality and other characteristics of the product.
