Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
At PROMOSHARK, we offer various shipping options to suit your needs, always prioritizing punctuality and efficiency. For orders without printing or manufacturing, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
If you choose orders with printing, the products will be delivered within 15 to 25 business days. For those orders requiring manufacturing, delivery will take place between 30 and 45 business days from the payment validation.
Please note that these times depend on stock availability, and in case of any unforeseen event, you will be notified as soon as possible with the new estimated date.
Shipping within Mainland Spain
For shipments within Mainland Spain, we offer free shipping on orders over 100 euros (excluding taxes), provided they do not include printed products.
If you need shipping outside the mainland, we suggest contacting our sales team so we can offer you a quote tailored to the location and specific characteristics of your order.
Shipping within the European Union
Shipments within the European Union are quoted individually due to the variety of products we offer. When requesting a quote, we will include the shipping costs, which you can accept or decline. Only after your approval will we proceed with the production of your order, ensuring that you are fully satisfied with all conditions before moving forward.
Returns
To manage any return, it is necessary to contact our Sales Department beforehand. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be incomplete or have defects that do not match the order placed through the web platform.
- Returns of personalized products, such as graphic prints, will not be accepted unless there is a defect in the product that does not match what was ordered.
- Returns due to the quality of graphic printing provided by the user will not be accepted, so we recommend requesting physical samples to evaluate the quality before proceeding with the final production.
Liability
PROMOSHARK assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, or damages that may occur during the transport of products, as such incidents depend on the shipping company in charge of the delivery.
Likewise, PROMOSHARK will not be responsible for the final results of the graphic prints requested by the customer. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend requesting samples in case of doubt about the quality of the graphic reproduction.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Acceptance of an order, whether by email or signature, implies acceptance of our sales conditions and the customer's commitment to the agreed payment methods.
Once the order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, the costs incurred up to that point will be charged to the customer. These may include those related to order preparation, requested materials, digital design, and restocking fees, among others. If the cancellation does not generate costs, no additional charges will be applied to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
a) Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
b) Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
c) Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
d) Sealed audio or video recordings, as well as sealed software that has been unsealed by the customer after delivery.
Important: Products that include customization (e.g., graphic printing) cannot be returned unless they are defective. Since products marked by the factory cannot be returned, we recommend requesting a physical sample before proceeding with customization to verify the size, quality, and other characteristics of the product. If you have any doubts about a particular product, our sales team will be happy to assist you.
