Personalised products require additional production time. As a guide, branding may add 5 to 8 working days to the standard delivery time, depending on technique, quantity, production workload and artwork approval.

Returns and personalised products
Returns
To manage any return, you must first contact our Sales Department. Returns will only be accepted when the product is defective or does not match the order placed.
- Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or production error.
- Returns will not be accepted due to poor quality in the graphic file supplied by the customer.
- We recommend requesting a physical sample if there are doubts about the product or finish.
Cancellation
Once the order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If the order has already been processed, any costs generated up to that point may be charged to the customer.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalised products. Products with branding, graphic printing or personalisation cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match what was requested.
