From the product page you can identify the warehouse of origin and, during checkout, you will always see the shipping cost before confirming the order.

Identify the warehouse from the product reference
Each product is linked to a warehouse. To identify it, check the product reference: the first 3 letters indicate the logistics warehouse code.
Why can several shipping costs appear?
If an order includes products from different warehouses, each warehouse may generate a separate shipment. The system will calculate the corresponding transport cost and show the breakdown before the order is confirmed.

Free shipping by warehouse and order value
Several warehouses apply free shipping when specific pre-tax order values are reached. The system automatically applies the available promotion when the order meets the conditions.
Delivery of orders with and without branding
Lead times may vary by warehouse, stock availability, delivery country, order volume and personalisation technique.
Faster delivery
Unbranded products usually have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 business days, provided stock is available and there are no logistics incidents.
Production + transport
Personalised products require additional production time. As a guideline, branding can add 5 to 8 business days to the standard lead time, depending on technique, quantity, production workload and artwork approval.

We offer a special selection of products with fast production for urgent projects. Each product page clearly indicates the available technique, whether production is completed in 24 or 72 hours, the maximum unit limit and the conditions required to keep that turnaround.

24/48 h Express Shipping for GEU products
Some products available in our GEU warehouse may benefit from Express Shipping with delivery in 24/48 h. For orders under €1,400, the system may automatically show the available express options, calculated according to destination country, order value and shipment volume.

The dates shown are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, order volume, personalisation technique, delivery country or external transport incidents.
The estimated date shown during checkout or communicated by our team prevails over the general lead times indicated on this page.
Returns and personalised products
To manage any return, you must first contact our Sales Department. Returns will only be accepted when the product is defective or does not match the order placed.
- Returns of personalised products are not accepted except in case of defect or production error.
- Returns will not be accepted due to poor quality of a graphic file supplied by the customer.
- We recommend requesting a physical sample if you have doubts about the product or finish.
Once the order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If the order has already been processed, costs generated up to that point may be charged to the customer.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Products with branding, graphic printing or personalisation cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match what was requested.
