Bag Velor

Velor PU Travel Bag: Premium Corporate Gift for Business Travel

The Velor travel bag is a premium-line PU holdall designed for professionals who need a refined, functional companion for travel and daily commuting. With its roll-top closure, generous main compartment and thoughtful organisational details, it combines an elegant silhouette with genuine practicality, making it a distinctive corporate gift or high-value incentive for clients, partners and top-performing employees.

Use and context

This travel bag fits naturally into corporate gifting programmes aimed at frequent travellers, sales teams and executives. It performs equally well as a welcome gift for VIP clients, an onboarding item for new hires, or a premium reward in loyalty and incentive schemes. Its size and structure make it suitable for short business trips, weekend commuting, or as a stylish carry-on companion at conferences and corporate events, where the branded design reinforces a professional, elevated image every time it is used.

Key features

Made from PU, the Velor offers a refined look with a durable, low-maintenance finish that presents well in both corporate and travel settings. The roll-top closure with zip and press studs keeps the main compartment secure while allowing flexible packing. Inside, a fully lined interior houses two internal pockets plus an additional zipped pocket, helping users keep documents, chargers and small accessories organised. Side zippered pockets and concealed front pockets, each fitted with practical pull tabs, allow quick access to essentials without opening the whole bag. An adjustable, detachable shoulder strap with metal snap hooks adds carrying flexibility, while the rear trolley attachment strap makes it easy to slide onto a suitcase handle during transit. A matching PU luggage tag with a contact information window completes the set, adding a coordinated, premium touch that also serves a practical identification purpose.

Corporate personalisation

The Velor bag offers multiple branding options to suit different logo formats and levels of visibility. Screen printing is available in three areas: Area 1 (4.5x4.5 cm), Area 2 (9x8 cm) and Area 3 (9x8 cm), each supporting one colour, ideal for bold, high-impact logos on the main surfaces. For smaller or more discreet branding, Area 4 (2.5x5 cm) supports either pad printing or laser engraving, both in one colour, suitable for compact logos or icons. Laser engraving is also available on two additional narrow areas, Area 5 and Area 6 (each 9x1.3 cm), well suited to linear logos, taglines or brand names along edges or straps. This range of techniques and positions allows companies to choose between a subtle, premium engraved finish or a more visible printed logo, depending on brand strategy and the perceived value they want to convey through the gift.
