Backpack Balen

Balen RPET Laptop Backpack for Corporate Gifting

The Balen backpack is a functional, business-ready carry solution made from 300D RPET polyester, designed for daily commuting and professional environments. With a padded 15" laptop compartment, multiple organized storage areas, and a durable recycled construction, it's a practical promotional item for companies looking to combine sustainability with everyday utility.

Use and Context

This backpack fits naturally into corporate gifting programs, employee onboarding kits, and trade show giveaways where a durable, work-oriented item adds real perceived value. Its laptop protection and multi-compartment layout make it suitable for office staff, remote workers, and traveling professionals. The rear trolley strap also makes it a practical pick for companies in logistics, transport, or hospitality sectors whose teams are frequently on the move between shifts or journeys. Distributed as a branded giveaway, it reinforces daily brand visibility both inside and outside the workplace.

Key Features

The padded laptop compartment, secured with Velcro straps, protects devices up to 15 inches during transport, reducing damage risk for professionals on the go. Three main zippered compartments with metal pullers and drawstrings allow clear separation of documents, electronics, and personal items, helping users stay organized throughout the workday. The front and middle compartments include zippered covers for extra protection and a cleaner finished look, while the front vertical zip pocket and elastic mesh side pockets add quick-access storage for smaller essentials like bottles, keys, or chargers. Adjustable shoulder straps and a top carry handle provide flexible transport options, and the included RPET badge visibly communicates the recycled material choice to end users, supporting brands with sustainability-focused messaging.

Corporate Personalization

The Balen backpack can be branded using screen printing, transfer printing, or full-color DTF, giving companies flexibility depending on design complexity and budget. Two print areas are available: Area 1 (9x3 cm) and Area 2 (8x8 cm). Screen printing and DTF allow up to 1 color per area, ideal for clean logo applications, while transfer printing supports up to 8 colors, suited for more detailed or multicolor designs. Placing a logo on the front pocket or main panel ensures strong visibility during daily use, making this backpack an effective tool for extending brand reach beyond the office into transit, travel, and public spaces.
